How much does it cost?

What exactly do you handle at the event?

Guest passes, check in, RSVP, menu and program QR access, seating and on the ground concierge support. The Services page walks through each one in detail.

How far ahead should I reach out?

The earlier the better, especially for large guest lists and seating charts. That said, we regularly take on events at shorter notice, so it is always worth asking.
