What is included
Core packages
Every package includes a unique QR pass for each guest, RSVP collection through your own link and check-in at the door. Pick the level of guest communication and management your event needs.
Package 01
For events that need simple digital invitations and reliable guest check-in.
Package 02
Most popularFor events that want to reach guests across multiple channels and make attendance easier to manage.
Everything in Essential, plus
One encrypted code per guest. Scanned once at the door, confirmed on the spot.
Package 03
For larger or more detailed events that need deeper guest management and event intelligence.

Add-ons
These sit on top of your chosen package. Add only the ones your day calls for.
Service 01
Customised check-in wrist tags for guests after being scanned and confirmed. The rate covers 100 pieces.
Service 02
This covers the cost of service to cover the event on scanning, confirming and tagging guests.
Minimum of 3 concierges required for a minimum of 400 guests.
Service 03
Your designed menu and order of program rendered online and opened by guests with a scan.

Graphics are priced on request if you want us to handle the graphics. The prices above come with our default templates.

Your estimate
The unique guest QR code is included in every package, so it is never charged separately. Menu / Programs QR is a different service and is priced on its own.
