We set everything up before the day, then our team runs it with you at the venue.

You send us the guest list
Spreadsheet, WhatsApp names, late additions, whatever state it is in. We turn it into one clean list with VIP status, side and contact details.

Each guest gets a personal pass
A unique encrypted QR code with a six-digit backup, delivered by email, SMS or WhatsApp on the schedule you choose.

Concierges scan at the door
Our team scans with a phone or tablet camera. The guest name, table and any notes appear on screen in the same second.

You watch the arrivals live
Attendance updates as people walk in, so you and the caterer know the real number in the room at any moment.

What it costs
QR passes are ₦800 per guest and cover the pass, the delivery and the check-in on the day. Concierges are ₦20,000 per person, with a minimum of three for events of 400 guests and above. Wrist tags, if you want them, are ₦15,000 per 100 pieces.

Before you book.
- What happens if a guest arrives without their phone?
- Every pass carries a six-digit backup code. Our concierge types the code into the same screen and the guest is checked in exactly as if they had scanned.
- Can a check-in be undone?
- Yes. Any check-in can be reversed instantly from the same screen, so an honest mistake at the door takes seconds to correct.
- What stops one QR code being shared with several people?
- Each pass belongs to one named guest. The second time a code is presented, the screen shows that it has already been used and who used it, so the team can step in politely.
- Do you bring your own devices?
- The scanner runs in the browser on any phone or tablet camera, so we can use our devices or yours. No app download is needed.
- How many concierges do we need?
- It depends on your guest count and the number of entrances. For events of 400 guests and above we recommend a minimum of three concierges.
- Do you cover venues outside Lagos?
- Lagos is our home base and where we work most. Tell us the venue when you book and we will confirm coverage.
