How it works

We set everything up before the day, then our team runs it with you at the venue.

Names, phone numbers, emails, VIP status and which side each guest is coming from, all in one record per guest.

A unique encrypted QR code with a six-digit backup code, carrying your names, date and venue.

Email, SMS or WhatsApp. Send now, or schedule the batch for the right week before the wedding.

Delivery is tracked per guest, so you know who received their pass and who needs a follow-up.

What it costs
QR passes are ₦800 per guest and include generation, delivery and check-in on the day. RSVP is optional and can be switched on for the same list at no extra module cost.

Before you book.
- Does this replace my printed invitation card?
- No. Most couples in Lagos keep the printed card for the formal invitation and use the QR pass as the thing that actually gets a guest through the door.
- How does the guest receive the pass?
- By email, SMS or WhatsApp, whichever suits your list. You can send immediately or schedule the send for a set date and time before the wedding.
- Can someone forward their invitation to a friend?
- They can forward the message, but the pass is tied to one named guest and can only be used once. A second attempt is flagged at the entrance.
- What if a guest changes phone number or email?
- Update the guest record and resend. The old pass is replaced and only the newest one works.
- Can we add guests after the invitations have gone out?
- Yes. Late additions are normal. Add them to the list and their passes go out the same way, right up to the day before.
- Is the design branded to our wedding?
- Yes. The pass and the message carry your names, date and venue so it reads as your invitation, not a generic ticket.
