Send the seating chart image or PDF you already have. We keep your table names and numbering, not invented ones.

Guests are placed against your structure, with head tables, family blocks and groups kept together.

On scan, the concierge sees the guest name and their table, and can direct them without checking a printed sheet.

What it costs
Seating is part of the guest management setup at ₦800 per guest, not a separate module fee. Concierges at ₦20,000 per person handle the direction to tables on the day.

Before you book.
- Do we have to use your seating layout?
- No. You send the seating chart your planner already designed and we build the structure around it, keeping your table names and numbering exactly as they are.
- How are VIPs and family handled?
- You tag guests as VIP, and mark whether they are on the bride or groom side. The chart is populated from those tags, so head tables and family blocks fall in the right place.
- What if the seating changes the week of the wedding?
- Reassign a guest and the change is live. There is no reprinting, and the guest sees the correct table when they arrive.
- How does the guest find their table?
- Their table appears on screen the moment their QR pass is scanned, and the concierge reads it out as they welcome the guest.
- Can we handle plus-ones and children?
- Yes. They sit as their own records on the list so the count and the table plan both stay honest.
- Does this work for a corporate dinner too?
- It does. For corporate events the side labels change to sections rather than bride and groom.
